• Balance your body and energy centers.

• Learn self help quickies to do at home for continued support.
• Receive information about foods and activities that best support the season.
• And, receive additional information for a healthier you and your home.

During your session, I integrate the modalities of: Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki, Healing Touch, Magnified Healing, and Chakra Balancing with or without crystals.
